5.              Procedures of Teaching

Before we start our solo teaching practice we need two procedure, first is observation and the second is team teaching. The first is we need to observe sir Justin Martinez, so we can know what should we do in the class, after observing we need to do team teaching, we will pairing with local teacher Practice. After that we will go to our solo demo.

But its not easy we have to submit our lesson plan, the perfect lesson plan. For the first meeting we have to teach with indonesian lesson plan, so we have to make indonesian lesson plan. After we submit our first lesson plan we have to wait for the revision from our supervisor.

After we teach with indonesian lesson plan we have to make phillipines lesson plan. And we need to wait the revision before we teach.

              Time Management and Organizing Activities

Its hard to adapt, because in indonesia for math lesson they have 2 hours, each hour 45 minutes, but here we just have 60 minutes/days. Its so hard for time management.

I think a child in all country is almost same, they are active, noisy and naughty. So not much problem for organizing them.

              Problem-Solving

The biggest problem here is langguange, because part of them is can’t speak english its make so difficult for say the topic. So we need help from teacher practice for helping us translate what they say.
