1         Teaching Methods

Based on observation most of all teacher start the lesson with awesome motivation. The teacher always give game before start the lesson, and the game must be connected with the topic will discussion. The benefit of providing games is that students become interested in learning and have a passion for learning. Then, the method commonly used for junior high school, The teacher can use based on the material to be taught, the teacher can use the methods of Discussion, Investigation, Presentation, Asking - Answered, and Assignments. The teacher can choose the method to be used during the lesson. The main value of students must be active in class, not only hear material from the teacher.The teacher can always ask question and give them task based group discussion to the student to increase and elaborate their opinion and increase their confident  to speak in front of the class.The method used by the teacher is that it can involve students to think, discuss and interact with the teacher, as well as the teaching plan conducted by the teacher in accordance with the 5'es (Engage, explore, explain, elaborate and evaluate).The most important thing is students should be active or interactive during the lesson. Learning focused by student center, it make students can think globally.
